Regence BlueShield, however I also offer services as an “out of network
provider” for other insurance carriers. It will
be the client’s responsibility to provide information
regarding their benefit eligibility. I will provide
an invoice that contains any information required by your
insurance company in order for you to receive any reimbursement
that is due to you under your plan.
Payment will be accepted in cash, check
or PayPal.
Confidentiality
All information discussed with In-Sight
is strictly confidential. We believe that confidentiality
between a therapist and client is the cornerstone to being
able to do successful work. All In-Sight therapists are
licensed practitioners. State licensure carries with it
a mandated responsibility to maintain strict confidentiality
in regard to client information. This includes all information,
such as verifying the appointment or attendance of a client.
No information will be disclosed or released without written
permission of the client, and will be done in a manner
consistent with In-Sight information handling procedures.
Not all areas in this field carry the same responsibility
and liability, and we cannot guarantee any other offices'
practices. It is for this reason that In-Sight discourages
the use of insurance for psychotherapy sessions. We will,
upon request, provide the client with the necessary documentation,
should they want to submit a claim through their medical
plan.
If an In-Sight professional believes there is a physical threat to a client or
someone named by a client, state and federal law require disclosure of that information.
